Zusammenfassung

KTM AG is seeking a Structural Analyst and Test Engineer to contribute to virtual and physical evaluation of MotoGP chassis and engine designs. You will perform FE analyses (static, dynamic, fatigue), optimize designs and maintain the FE model database, supporting test procedures and results reporting.

You will plan stiffness measurements, develop test procedures, analyze data, and ensure alignment between simulation and testing while contributing to test bench hardware/software improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed technical education in mechanical engineering (TU/FH).
• First professional experience in calculation, simulation, structural testing and measurement is an advantage.
• Experience with Abaqus, Hyperworks, FEMFAT and LABview desired.
• High motor sport affinity and very good English; German as a plus.
• Communicative, flexible personality with team spirit and organizational skills.
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking with structured work approach.

• Virtual evaluation of strength, stiffness and other structural performance using FE analysis and calculations.
• Design review, optimization and maintenance of FE model database.
• Technical evaluation and reporting of structural analysis results.
