ABB's Machine Automation division seeks a technically skilled professional to handle 2nd-level support in motion control, supporting international teams and ensuring reliable customer service in industrial environments.

You will analyze faults, reproduce issues, work with the development team to deliver sustainable solutions, and develop a holistic understanding of systems blending software, hardware and applications.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education (technical college, university of applied sciences, or university degree) in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style.
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.

Aufgaben

• Handle complex technical issues in motion control and support international teams in providing reliable customer service.
• Take ownership of 2nd-level support cases, analyze faults, reproduce issues, and collaborate with development to create sustainable solutions.
• Develop a holistic understanding of systems (software, hardware, and applications) and their interactions.
• Travel to customer sites as needed and provide remote support.
