ABB is seeking a Logistics Engineer to shape efficient supply chain processes for its international production sites. You will plan material flows, standardize processes, and develop automation solutions to support industrialization and investment projects.

The role involves onsite work with up to 10 home office days per month, and you will lead sub-projects through design and ramp-up, contributing to a world-class SAP environment and global logistics standards.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education (HTL/University/Applied sciences) and several years of logistics experience.
• Experience in managing projects within industrialization or investment projects.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, material flow planning, warehouse logistics, and production supply.
• Experience planning and implementing logistics and automation solutions.
• Good SAP knowledge as a key user in MM, PP, EWM, or SD.
• Familiar with Lean Logistics, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods.
• Strong business and analytical thinking with effective communication and teamwork.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Manage logistics sub-projects from concept through to serial production ramp-up.
• Plan, standardize, and optimize material flow, warehousing, and production supply processes.
• Design and implement automation solutions for warehousing, transport, and material supply with KPI monitoring.
• Contribute to global SAP standardization and MM/PP/EWM/SD processes.
