Journi is hiring a Machine Learning Ops Engineer to drive the ML lifecycle from data collection to deployment. You will build data pipelines, maintain cloud-based ML infrastructure, and optimize models for mobile and backend integration.

You'll work with a cross-functional team to deliver AI-powered features in our top-rated printing app, with a hybrid work model and strong social benefits. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Math and hands-on Python/Docker experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in ML/AI/ML Ops roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong Python programming skills and ability to investigate & debug issues with models on backend (JVM) or mobile (Swift/Kotlin).
• Knowledge of model compression and quantization techniques.

Aufgaben

• Enhance the user experience with AI-powered features in the world's leading printing app.
• Design and implement data pipelines to collect, clean, and preprocess data.
• Build and maintain cloud-based ML infrastructure and improve model prototypes.
• Optimize models for mobile hardware and convert them to ONNX/CoreML formats as needed.
• Deploy models as APIs, services, or embedded modules into the backend.
• Implement monitoring and feedback loops for deployed models.
