YOUR TASKS

• Operating the till and processing cash and card payments
• Serving and preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Providing friendly service and assistance to our guests
• Restocking drinks, food and consumables
• Monitoring and organising stock levels
• Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in the till, bar and guest areas
• Providing flexible support throughout the self-service area

YOUR PROFILE

• Basic knowledge of using till systems or a willingness to learn; a strong focus on customer service and good communication skills
• A meticulous and focused approach to work, whilst keeping the guest in mind at all times
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Enjoy working with guests
• A sense of responsibility, reliability and the ability to work as part of a team
