• Hosting and looking after our international guests, proactive sales
• Ensuring smooth operations and high standards
• Serving food and drinks, including product presentation
• Preparing and maintaining the guest area
• Ensuring the service area is clean and tidy
• Professional operation of digital till systems
• Proficiency in using various new payment methods
• Conscientious completion of the daily accounts

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed vocational training and several years’ professional experience in the hospitality industry
• A strong focus on customer service and excellent communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• A sense of responsibility, reliability and the ability to work well in a team
• A friendly, well-presented and communicative manner, as well as a genuine enjoyment of interacting with guests
