Tieto is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Architect to own enterprise-level solution architectures and guide strategic technology decisions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.

We value 5+ years in a similar role, strong Cloud Enterprise Architecture knowledge, and certifications (PL-200/PL-400/PL-600/PL-900). German and English fluency is required, and hybrid working is supported.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable qualification.
• Hands-on experience in enterprise Power Platform architectures and cloud ecosystems.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, GPT-based solutions; low-code/no-code proficiency.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure technical designs.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills in German and English.

Aufgaben

We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Architect who can take ownership of enterprise-level solution architectures, guide customers in strategic technology decisions, and translate complex business needs into scalable, secure and future-ready Microsoft ecosystem solutions. When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a Microsoft Power Platform Architect, you

• Define and own end-to-end Power Platform architectures, ensuring scalable, secure and sustainable solution designs across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages
• Advise customers on best practices for Power Platform governance and lifecycle management
• Lead the architectural integration of Power Platform solutions into broader Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems, aligning technical decisions with enterprise standards and customer strategy
• Facilitate architecture workshops, guide decision-making with customers and provide expert recommendations on solution design, governance and technical roadmaps
• Stay up-to-date with Microsoft certifications and contribute to internal capability building

Who We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of Cloud Enterprise Architecture, Power Platform, Azure and Azure AI ecosystems
• A completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600 or PL-900 are a plus
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and GPT-based solutions
• Strong understanding of low-code/no-code development principles
• Good programming skills, preferably with C#/.NET
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• A consulting mindset and strong communication skills in both German and English
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with new developments

The monthly gross salary for this position will start from € 4.476,00 (based on IT collective agreement, ST1 Erfahrungsstufe) on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our aim is to provide you with a salary package that is both competitive and reflective of your relevant experience, while also aligning with current market standards.
