Job summary

Richard AG in Murgenthal seeks a skilled metalworker to fabricate welded structures according to drawings across structural steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

You will work independently within our ISO 9001 quality system, perform interim and final inspections, and participate in manufacturing and assembly of metal structures and components. The role starts with 80–100% workload and is based at our site in Murgenthal.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a metalworker or comparable qualification.
• Good technical understanding.
• Manual dexterity with welding experience.
• Flexible work style with strong service orientation.
• Very good command of German, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication of welded structures according to drawings.
• Working independently in accordance with our quality assurance system, ISO 9001, EN 729, and EN 15085, including the required technical inspections.
