Zusammenfassung

Resource Group is seeking experienced aircraft welders for a temporary aviation project. You will perform TIG welding on aircraft components, reading engineering drawings and adhering to manufacturing instructions.

Based in Switzerland, the role requires precision, reliability and the ability to work with minimal supervision. The position offers weekly pay and travel expenses covered, with a 42-hour workweek.

Qualifikationen

• Technical training or vocational qualification in a metalworking trade.
• DIN ISO 24394 welding certification is required.
• Proven TIG welding experience on steel and aluminium.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and follow technical instructions.
• German language skills at B2 level are required.

We are currently looking for experienced aircraft welders to join a temporary project for one of our main clients.

Responsabilities

• Perform welding activities on aircraft components and structures
• Work according to technical drawings, specifications and manufacturing instructions
• Carry out precision welding while maintaining high quality standards
• Inspect completed welds and ensure compliance with required specifications
• Follow all applicable safety, quality and production procedures
• Support the production team with welding-related activities as required

Requirements

• Technical training or vocational qualification in a metalworking-related trade, such as metal construction, bodywork, plant engineering or a similar field.
• A current welding certification compliant with DIN ISO 24394.
• Proven experience in TIG welding, particularly with steel and aluminium.
• Able to understand and work accurately from engineering and technical drawings.
• Good practical skills and a strong focus on precision and workmanship quality.
• Basic confidence using Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, dependable and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexible approach and willingness to assist with other production activities when needed.
• German language skills at B2 level are required.
• English language skills are considered an advantage.
