AT&S is seeking a skilled MECM / SCCM Administrator to join our Information Technology Team in Leoben, Austria. You will optimize MECM, handle software/OS deployment, and enforce patch management across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities include securing endpoints with BitLocker, Windows Hello for Business, Defender for Endpoint, and security baselines, plus managing Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID in hybrid environments. English communication skills are required.

• Experience deploying OS, software, and patches at scale.

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
• Manage software deployment, OS deployment, and patch management across the enterprise.
• Ensure endpoint security via client hardening, BitLocker, Windows Hello for Business, Defender for Endpoint, and baseline management.
• Monitor client health, troubleshoot, and maintain high deployment/compliance rates.
• Manage Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and device enrollment in hybrid environments.
• Support Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Microsoft 365 endpoint management.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor compliance, inventory, and endpoint performance.
• Contribute to modernization of endpoint management and secure hybrid workplace.

Profil

• Completed IT education (HTL, FH, university, or equivalent qualification).
• Several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM.
• Strong knowledge of software deployment, patch management, and operating system deployment.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 endpoint management.
• Good PowerShell scripting skills and experience with automation.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, SQL Server, and SSRS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and reliable way of working.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• High level of ownership, quality awareness, and team orientation.
