Bell Food Group in Austria is seeking a meat specialist for our portioning department. You will cut and portion products for catering and self-service, following cutting specifications, and participate in production for the catering sector. Focus on quality control of materials and traceability.

You will work as part of a team with emphasis on safety, hygiene, and continuous improvement, supported by extensive training and development opportunities.

Formación

• Completed basic training as a meat specialist (EFZ/EBA).
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Flexibility regarding working hours and the ability to work in cool temperatures.
• High standards of quality and hygiene.
• Technical understanding of operating equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Professional cutting and portioning of our products in accordance with cutting specifications.
• Manufacture of products for the catering sector (catering, self-service).
• Quality control of the raw materials and ingredients used.
• Assisting in ensuring complete traceability.
• Compliance with process, quality and hygiene regulations.
