INNIO Jenbacher in Tirol, Austria offers a full-time internship for at least 6 months to work on Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis topics in MBSE, ALM tooling, and AI-supported workflows for requirements engineering and model quality improvement.

You will develop concepts and prototypes for AI-integrated solutions in Codebeamer and iQuavis, and collaborate with Controls, Mechanics, and Thermodynamics teams to translate system diagrams into the MBSE toolchain.

Formación

• Educational experience in system development and simulation (e.g. MBSE, MATLAB)
• Basic understanding of reciprocating engines and power systems is beneficial
• Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or related field

Responsabilidades

• Work on topics for a Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis in MBSE, design guideline processing in ALM tools, and AI-supported workflows for requirements engineering and model quality improvement
• Develop concepts, prototypes, and evaluations for AI-integrated solutions in Codebeamer and iQuavis environments
• Understand existing block diagrams of INNIO Jenbacher systems and transfer them into the MBSE toolchain
• Collaborate with Controls, Mechanics, and Thermodynamics teams to develop and test processes, methods, and tools
• Support discussions on scope, concept definitions, and feature design with experts
• Exchange with senior engineers on technical development challenges and possible solutions
• Area of topics for Master/Bachelor thesis: MBSE spec management, ALM guidelines processing, AI-driven requirements engineering, AI-assisted model quality improvements
• Investigate AI-based MBSE improvements including AI-assisted authoring, traceability, and change impact analysis
