Zusammenfassung

MED-EL in Innsbruck, Austria, seeks a data specialist to define, implement and improve standards for master data across the business. You will drive data governance, support ERP systems and SAP data migrations, and partner with global teams to harmonize data structures.

You will plan migrations, perform data cleansing and validations, and contribute to international digitalization with a focus on sustainable data management. Fluency in German and English is required.

The IT Business Applications Group enables and supports MED-EL's global business processes by providing, operating, improving, and governing business-critical applications, data platforms, and digital solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, scalability, and business transformation.

Your Tasks

• Define, implement and continuously improve standards, guidelines, and processes for material, customer, supplier and other master data domains


• Develop and implement a global master data and data governance strategy with a focus on ERP systems and connected applications


• Collaborate with business departments and application owners to harmonize and optimize master data structures across the application landscape


• Plan and execute data migrations, data cleansing activities and data validations as part of system implementations, rollouts and transformation projects


• Support international digitalization and transformation initiatives with a focus on sustainable master data management

Your Profile

• Bachelor´s degree or higher (University/FH) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable field, combined with several years of relevant professional experience


• Strong knowledge of master data management and data governance concepts as well as hands-on experience in ERP/SAP data migration projects


• Experience in analyzing, cleansing, transforming and validating large data sets and working with data models and migration methodologies


• Experience with SAP data migration and master data management solutions is considered an advantage


• Analytical mindset, structured working style, as well as excellent written and spoken German and English skills

Further Information

Minimum Salary: Annual gross salary from € 54,723.53, based on professional qualification and experience.
