The Ritz-Carlton Spa in Vienna is all about your very own tailored wellness experience, where massages and treatments are personalized and perfectly unique. It is an urban hideaway that combines natural elements with therapeutic and healing expertise, creating an oasis of tranquility and energy in the city center of Vienna. The menu of highly crafted Susanne KaufmannTM treatments and cosmetics is based on natural ingredients specially selected from the Bregenz Forest in Western Austria. Choices are plentiful, from single sessions to an array of spa packages and signature rituals exclusively available at The Ritz-Carlton Spa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organization and performance of various wellness and massage treatments based on The Ritz-Carlton Spa training, standards, and protocols.
• Providing consultations, advising guests on suitable treatments, answering all Spa-related questions.
• Achieving service and product sales targets by actively selling treatments, as well as products of our brand Susanne Kaufmann.
• Control and ensure order, cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the spa area.
• Active support of the spa reception.

Your Qualifications:

• Completed specialized training as a Massage Therapist (Subject-specific education/training/degree for massage valid in Austria).
• Experience in a similar position within the Spa Area or Luxury Hospitality Industry.
• Knowledge of Susanne Kaufmann’s products is advantageous.
• Sincere care for our clients and their requests.
• Resilience, teamwork, and flexibility.
• A gift for paying attention to the smallest details.
• A friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
