About the Role

We seek a highly motivated Marketing Manager, Japan, to lead our marketing efforts in Japan. This role is crucial for driving pipeline growth, increasing brand awareness, and supporting revenue in the Japanese market. As part of the International marketing team, you will design and implement marketing strategies, collaborate with sales and channel partners, and tailor initiatives to local needs. The ideal candidate is independent, results-oriented, and fluent in Japanese and English, with the ability to travel within Japan.

Responsibilities

1. Develop quarterly marketing plans: Collaborate with the Japanese Country leader to align with global objectives.
2. Pipeline Growth: Drive growth through campaigns, events, webinars, PR, and local activities.
3. Channel Marketing: Develop co-marketing programs with partners to boost engagement and sales.
4. Brand Awareness: Enhance visibility via PR, events, and localized content.
5. Budget Management: Allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
6. Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to measure and optimize campaigns.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales and global marketing teams to ensure alignment.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience with a proven track record.
• Fluent in Japanese and English, with deep market and cultural knowledge.
• Experience in direct sales and channel marketing.
• Strong communication, analytical, and digital marketing skills.
• Background in Technology/SaaS industry is preferred.
