• Plan, organize and manage global trade fairs, client events and corporate events from concept to follow-up with KPIs.
• Develop and expand the international trade fair and event portfolio in coordination with Marketing Managers and external partners.
• Set and optimise standards, processes and quality criteria for events to ensure efficient, responsible organisation.
• Create and manage project, schedule and workflow plans, ensuring professional event execution.
• Monitor budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective event delivery.

Marketing & Events Manager (m/f/d)

(Full-time or part-time available from 30 hours per week)

Your responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the global planning, organisation and management of trade fairs, client events and corporate events, ensuring their professional execution from concept through to follow-up, including relevant KPIs
• You will continuously develop our international trade fair and event portfolio in collaboration with the Divisional Marketing Managers and the Marketing Management team, whilst coordinating external stakeholders such as stand builders and external partners
• You will establish and optimise standards, processes and quality criteria for trade fairs and events, thereby ensuring efficient and sustainable event organisation
• You will be responsible for drawing up and managing project, schedule and workflow plans, and will ensure the professional execution of all events
• You will keep a close eye on budgets and costs at all times and ensure that available resources are used economically and in a resource-efficient manner
• You will support the marketing team with general marketing activities and cross-functional projects

How to convince us

• You have several years’ professional experience in trade fair, event or project management, ideally in an international B2B or industrial environment
• You possess strong project management and organisational skills and have experience in managing several projects simultaneously
• You impress with excellent German and English language skills, confidence in using digital work and project management tools, and a willingness to undertake occasional international business trips (approx. 15 per cent) in connection with trade fairs and events
• You work in a structured and independent manner and always maintain a clear overview, even in a dynamic environment
• You impress with your strong communication skills, pragmatic approach to problem-solving, entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration
