Teufelberger Service GmbH in Wels seeks a Controlling & BI Specialist (m/f/d) for a full-time, fixed-term two-year role. You will develop analyses, forecasts and KPIs while shaping our BI landscape with Jedox.

You collaborate with IT and business units to deliver actionable insights and drive digitalisation of planning processes. We expect a degree in Business Administration/Controlling and several years in operational controlling, plus experience with BI solutions and SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Controlling or comparable subject.
• Several years of experience in controlling with sound knowledge of operational controlling.
• Experience setting up and developing BI solutions, ideally Jedox.
• Good understanding of ERP systems, SAP experience preferred (S/4HANA).
• Affinity for IT, analytical mindset and good English skills.

• Produce analyses, forecasts and KPIs, and support budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes.
• Establish, develop and optimise our BI landscape, focusing on Jedox.
• Develop reports, dashboards and management information for sound decision-making.
• Drive digitalisation and continuous improvement of controlling, reporting and planning processes.
• Work closely with business units and IT, analyse metrics and derive concrete recommendations.

Controlling & BI Specialist (m/f/d)

(Full-time, fixed-term for 2 years)

Your responsibilities

• You will be responsible for producing analyses, forecasts and key performance indicators, as well as supporting our budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes
• You will be responsible for establishing, developing and optimising our business intelligence landscape, with a focus on Jedox
• You will develop meaningful reports, dashboards and management information, thereby providing the company with a sound basis for decision-making
• You will drive the digitalisation and continuous improvement of our controlling, reporting and planning processes
• You will work closely with business units and IT, analyse business metrics and derive concrete recommendations for action from them

How to convince us

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Controlling or a comparable subject
• You have several years' professional experience in controlling and have already built up sound knowledge of operational controlling
• You have experience in setting up and further developing business intelligence solutions, ideally using Jedox
• You have a good understanding of ERP systems and are experienced in working with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA
• You stand out thanks to your affinity for IT, analytical mindset and good written and spoken English

• MORE than the minimum salary under the collective agreement of €3,062.42 gross per month. This will be based on your previous experience and qualifications.
