Clera in Vienna, Austria is seeking a hands-on data science professional to bridge analytics and paid media, turning signals into a single source of truth.

You will build predictive models (CLTV, lead scoring), own conversion infrastructure (Tag Manager, server-side tracking), and feed insights into Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms.

Fluent English required with German a plus; on-site role with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years building data pipelines, ML models, or analytics systems in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data engineering and model development.
• Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads) and understanding of how conversion signals feed into platform optimization.
• Experience building and deploying predictive models (CLTV, lead scoring, or similar) that drive business outcomes.
• Experience with conversion tracking infrastructure including Tag Manager, conversion APIs, and server-side tracking implementations.

What You’ll Do

• Build predictive customer lifetime value models, consolidating customer signals into a unified database.
• Develop ML models on user behavior to score leads and identify high-value prospects.
• Feed lead scores back into ad platforms (Meta, Google, and others) to sharpen targeting and bidding strategies.
• Own tracking and conversion infrastructure, including Tag Manager, Search Console, offline uploads, and server-side setups.
• Turn raw behavioral data into measurable performance impact, working closely with Performance Marketing and Go-to-Market teams.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years building data pipelines, ML models, or analytics systems in production environments.

• Proven ability to consolidate data from multiple sources into unified data models or data warehouses.
• Familiarity with modern ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or similar.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
• Experience with attribution modeling, offline conversion uploads, or fast-growing B2B SaaS environments is a bonus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: 65,000 to 130,000 EUR annually, depending on experience. Visa sponsorship is available.
