The client is seeking an Account Manager responsible for South-West European countries, aiming to excel in business by implementing impactful strategies.

Market Development and Account Manager (f/m/x)
YOUR FUTURE ROLE
  • Expand the safety footwear division and public tender business in four European countries (IT, FR, ESP, PRT).
  • Manage planning processes and monitor performance in these markets.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing brand partners and develop a strong industry network.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches.
  • Work closely with partners, technical support, and prototyping teams.
  • Provide market know-how, especially for Italy, to participate in public tenders.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing the CRM platform (xRM).
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of sales or account management experience in a similar environment.
  • Experience working with key stakeholders in purchasing, product development, or retail sectors.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups.
  • Strong project management skills and confidence.
  • Analytical, structured, proactive, and hands-on approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and cross-cultural awareness.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; French is advantageous.
