Job Description Summary

Location: Kundl, Tyrol, #LI-Hybrid

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing System Expert (m/f/d) to join our team in Kundl, Tyrol. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient process execution and continuous improvements in quality, productivity, and efficiency.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the drug substance production department and international teams, reporting directly to the Manufacturing System Lead. Responsibilities include training personnel both virtually and on-site, managing training assignments, creating and tracking trainee requests, and communicating curriculum updates. The role also involves certifying investigators and serving as an administrator for the Novartis training system, working with global support sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling user access requests, including permission management and training assignments.
  • Acting as the interface between production and the GxP Training & Learning Group.
  • Reporting and presenting KPIs.
  • Conducting GxP training on-site for groups up to 60 people.
  • Performing administrator tasks within the training system.
  • Preparing and reviewing documents such as SOPs, forms, and meeting minutes.
  • Supporting changes, audits, and investigations.
  • Representing the team in system and standard topics.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences or humanities.
  • Knowledge of GMP.
  • Strong technical and IT skills.
  • Ability to address complex topics and challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Investigator certification.
