About the role
The Manager Portfolio Coaching is the chapter area lead for portfolio coaching is responsible for leading a team of Portfolio Coaches, ensuring consistency, growth, and alignment with organisational strategy. As our preferred applicant, you will drive excellence in Agile ways of working, portfolio-level agility, and business transformation across domains. The chapter lead nurtures the development of portfolio coaches, facilitates knowledge sharing, and promotes a strong coaching culture across the organisation.
