Tasks:

• Independent management of the lab team
• Planning of lab work / production work
• Preparation, analysis and evaluation of data for project management / production
• Coordination of external partners
• Support the quality department with product releases
• Support and data preparation for Q&R (IVDR topics)
• Support process optimization
• Initiation and execution of optimization measures
• Preparation of product documentation
• Literature searches
• Market research
• Product trainings
• Perform extensive quality controls and secure high product quality
• Assist product support with fault analysis

Talents and skills:

• Relevant education in the laboratory area or med-tech (e.g., university degree in biology, chemistry)
• Multi-year experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Very good knowledge of English and German
