Zusammenfassung

Bitpanda is seeking a Manager, Growth Analytics to design the core decision engine for the Growth organization. You will establish trusted measurement, define customer economics, and deliver high-impact analyses guiding where Bitpanda invests.

You will work directly with decision-makers to shape customer acquisition, retention and commercial outcomes, building a capable analytics team and partnering across Finance, Data, Product and marketing to ensure reliable reporting and scalable data

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record building or leading analytics that influence commercial/product decisions.
• Credible in SQL, data modeling, experimentation and measurement.
• Strong understanding of acquisition economics, cohorts, incrementality and forecasting.

Your mission

As the Manager, Growth Analytics at Bitpanda, you will build the core decision engine for our redesigned Growth organization. Your mandate is to establish trusted measurement, define clear customer economics, and deliver the high-impact analysis that dictates where the company invests. With direct access to decision-makers, you will build an analytics capability that materially shapes our customer acquisition, retention, and commercial outcomes.

• Set the Growth measurement strategy and operating model, establishing trusted, company-wide definitions for CAC, payback, LTV, cohort performance, and incrementality.
• Lead forecasting, performance reviews, and decision-grade analysis to drive faster, more reliable, and economically grounded capital-allocation choices.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of analytics engineers and senior analysts.
• Partner closely with Finance, Data, Product, and channel leaders to establish source-of-truth reporting and automate critical data workflows.
• Elevate the quality of our experimentation and make insights widely accessible across the organization without compromising on strict analytical standards.

Who you are

• You have a proven track record of building or leading an analytics capability that goes beyond basic reporting to actively change commercial and product decisions.
• You are technically credible in SQL, data modeling, experimentation, and measurement, with the confidence and expertise to challenge weak analysis.
• You possess a deep understanding of acquisition economics, cohorts, incrementality, and forecasting to set the gold standard for the company.
• You excel at creating clarity from fragmented data, prioritizing the few specific models and metrics that materially improve business outcomes.
• You are a strong cross‑functional leader capable of guiding analysts while fostering tight partnerships with Data, Finance, Product, and channel owners.
