Zusammenfassung

Bitpanda is seeking a Manager of SEO & Web Growth to rebuild our organic search and web capabilities into a data-driven growth engine. You will lead technical SEO, content authority, and CRO across multilingual platforms, with direct access to decision-makers to drive customer acquisition and retention.

You will build an in-house team, partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics, and enable scalable growth across Europe from our Vienna HQ.

Your mission

As the Manager of SEO & Web Growth at Bitpanda, you will rebuild our organic search and web capabilities into a highly accountable customer acquisition and conversion powerhouse. You will blend technical excellence, content authority, and disciplined conversion rate optimization (CRO) to drive sustained, qualified growth. With a clear mandate and direct access to decision-makers, you will build an internal engine that materially impacts our commercial success and customer journey.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the overarching organic and web-growth strategy, establishing clear roadmaps, baselines, and performance targets.
• Own technical SEO, site architecture, international search visibility, and content-authority standards across the platform.
• Drive landing-page and website conversion improvements by establishing a rigorous, structured experimentation and CRO cadence.
• Build and lead the core in-house SEO and web-growth team, managing the transition from fragmented or agency-led work to strict internal accountability.
• Establish a seamless operating model to integrate organic growth initiatives across Product, Engineering, Creative, Content, and Analytics.

Who you are

• You have a proven track record of owning organic search and web growth for a large, complex, or multilingual consumer business.
• You naturally combine technical SEO, content authority, and conversion optimization, treating them as a unified growth engine rather than isolated disciplines.
• You possess deep technical fluency and can translate crawl, indexation, site architecture, and performance issues into clear, actionable engineering priorities.
• You have successfully built and scaled a disciplined experimentation framework across high-intent user journeys and landing pages.
• You are a strategic builder capable of bringing core capabilities in-house and managing specialist agencies selectively—not just an editorial-focused SEO lead.
