We’re looking for driven and curious hospitality students or recent graduates to embark on a 6-12-month journey as an Management Trainee in Vienna. If you’re ready to help shape two exciting hotel openings, learn from our experienced General Manager, and rotate through every department to gain a holistic view of hotel operations.

• Department Rotations: Participate in an all-encompassing rotation program—Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Sales & Marketing—to gain a holistic understanding of hotel operations.
• Operational Excellence: Assist in the opening phase of two brand-new Vienna hotels, ensuring an outstanding guest experience from day one.
• Professional Training: Grow your leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills through one-on-one coaching and structured learning modules.
