About the Role

This is a consultative role — not a “regulatory/enforcement” one. You’ll work directly with clients to support and improve their management systems, ensuring they meet and exceed relevant standards and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100, RACGP, TMR, etc.)
• Conducting internal audits and supplier/subcontractor assessments
• Completing site inspections and gap analyses
• Leading risk assessments (e.g. SWMS) and compliance evaluations
• Delivering non-RTO internal training (e.g. internal auditor training)
• Supporting clients with SharePoint-based management system tools
• Ensuring compliance with current legislation and industry standards

About You

You’re a detail-oriented professional who loves well-structured systems, loathes typos and poor formatting, and enjoys helping businesses do things better — not just for compliance, but for performance.

To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:

Mandatory:

• Internal Auditor Training (minimum)
• Proven experience conducting audits
• Demonstrated success in developing or maintaining management systems
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously, remotely and on-site
• Valid Australian driver’s license and own transport
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia
• Applicants that do not meet these mandatory requirements will not be progressed.
