Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is assisting a leading Microsoft ERP/CE implementation partner with a Senior Programme Manager role based in Malta, offering relocation and visa support. The successful candidate will oversee multiple software delivery projects, mentor junior PMs, manage third-party vendors and ensure delivery on time, budget and quality, leveraging Prince2, Agile and Microsoft Project expertise.

Qualifications

Be an established Programme or Senior Project Manager with 9 years of experience
Proven track record of delivery of multiple simultaneous projects
Experience managing third party sub-contractors, ideally ISVs
Experience in managing teams and delivering multiple concurrent streams of work
Strong MS Office skills particularly with Microsoft Project, Excel and SharePoint
Prince2 Practitioner / certified APM professional preferred
Experienced in Agile project management with Jira, VSTS, TFS; Scrum and Kanban
ERP/CRM implementation experience, preferably Microsoft stack
eCommerce project delivery experience with Magento / .Net or Java-based platforms
Experience with complex integrations to line of business systems and payment gateways
Excellent time management, ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Mentoring junior staff and supporting professional development

Responsibilities

Plan and manage one or more projects, inform client and senior management of progress
Agree project plan and Statements of Work with the client
Monitor progress against plan and budget; escalate issues as needed
Maintain forecast completion dates and impact analysis
Track costs vs plan using MS Project and internal systems
Ensure project activities meet quality standards and client delivery methodology
Manage third-party contractors and ensure timely, quality deliverables
Identify and mitigate risks; report issues and actions
Participate in client reporting and steering committee meetings
Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies
Pre-sales involvement with planning and estimations as required
