Flextronics - The Flex Company seeks a senior operations leader to head capacity planning for SpinCo, the forthcoming independent entity spun off in Q1 2027. The role focuses on driving efficiency, maintenance planning, and parts strategy to support AI data center infrastructure and critical applications.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership, strong budget skills, and fluent German and English, with a track record in automated systems and Kaizen environments.

• Proven leadership in capacity planning and maintenance scheduling.
• Experience in budget planning and cost development.
• Fluent German and English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the capacity planning department and drive efficiency.
• Develop maintenance plans and perform ongoing adaptation.
• Define spare parts according to requirements and experience.
• Initiate improvement initiatives and Kaizen activities.
• Moderate and coordinate task forces and Kaizen teams.
• Analyze failure causes with Pareto analysis and implement countermeasures.
• Onboard and implement MTTR/MTBF targets.
• Create and maintain the area competency model.
