YOUR CONTRIBUTION

• Development & Integration: Develop, optimize, and fine-tune machinelearning models for natural language processing and speech interpretation to support emergency call handling.
• System Architecture: Design secure, distributed, and maintainableAI-driven platforms that deliver reliable, real-time assistance in mission-critical situations.
• Collaboration: Work closely within an independent, cross-functional team to build AI-enhanced solutions and deliver high-impact, production-ready software
• Backend Development: Implement high-performance backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot, following modern microservices patterns.
• Agile Practices: Contribute to a culture of agility and continuousimprovement through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Quality & Performance: Ensure robust and reliable software via automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and performance tuning.

YOUR SKILLSET

• Backend Expertise: Relevant experience in Java and Spring Boot with microservices architectures.
• AI/ML in Production: Experience or strong interest indeveloping, optimizing, and deploying ML models for NLP and speech processing.
• Speech & Audio Know-How: Familiarity with speech recognition and audio signal processing is a plus.
• API Mastery: Solid experience designing and optimizing RESTful and/or gRPC APIs.
• Analytical Thinking: Commitment to designing scalable,maintainable solutions for real-time AI applications.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around €44,450. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
