Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in English and German.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage schedules.

Aufgaben

• Plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor final approval of products through the production cycle.
• Establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements.
• Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are available per schedules.
• Provide input to management as Master Scheduler; interface with marketing, sales, production and engineering managers.
• Oversee schedules and ensure materials requirements compliance.
• Direct end-to-end execution of production orders and material flow; mitigate risks.
• Create and submit status and performance reports on the production plan’s progress.
