Watchfinder & Co. is seeking a Sales & Purchasing Advisor for its boutique in Austria to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet personal and boutique sales targets. This role emphasizes relationship-building, luxury service, and brand representation.

The position involves hosting clients, exploring watch services including part-exchange, and expanding personal clientele through proactive CRM outreach. A team‑driven, client‑centric approach is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Applicants with a background in sales or hospitality preferred.
• Strong team player mindset.
• Excellent communicator with ability to develop strong networks.
• Curious and resourceful. Able to work independently on the sales process.

• Accountable and reliable.
• Able to handle a large diversity of tasks in a timely manner, very organised and disciplined.
• Perfect understanding of client satisfaction and luxury experience and strong sense for etiquette and human behaviour.

Aufgaben

• Hosting clients and other stakeholders with the ability to provide personalised customer experience.
• Find ever new and creative means to exceed client’s expectations.
• Introduce clients to the different services that we offer, including the part-exchange service, maintaining a high level of experience to the clients.
• Developing personal clientele through effective use of the selling skills, proactive client outreach (CRM).
• Know WF’s history, services/products and partnerships as well as the benefits of purchasing a timepiece through Watchfinder.
• Act as a brand ambassador inside and outside the boutique.
• Maintain the boutique according to the global operating standards.
• Be part of a boutique team and support the overall organisation of the boutique with a strong team approach.
• Lead the appraisal process of timepieces that involve a part‑exchange. Ensuring that all the necessary processes are followed accurately for the end user to make an assumption.
