Job summary

CELINE is seeking a RUNNER for a part-time 8h/week temporary contract in Vienna. You will work in-store, collaborating with front and back-of-house teams to deliver a premium client experience as a CELINE ambassador.

Responsibilities include inventory control, back-of-house organization, floor replenishment, and proactive sales support. Fluency in German and English is preferred, with additional languages considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fashion environment, preferably luxury
• Strong team player with a positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure rigorous inventory management: Properly record all internal stock transfers at the time of movement, resolve outstanding or unaccounted items, and maintain thorough knowledge of back-of-house stock to efficiently support client needs.
• Maintain back-of-house excellence: Ensure the back-of-house is kept in pristine, highly organized order, adhering to strict safety and security standards, and handle all incoming deliveries by verifying invoices and checking for damaged goods.
• Drive floor replenishment: Ensure continuous product availability on the floor, monitor sizing and display standards, and restock packaging materials as needed.
• Support the sales team: Act proactively as a sales partner, quickly retrieving requested pieces for clients to ensure a seamless and premium shopping experience.
• Collaborate with store operations: Partner closely with stock controllers, visual merchandisers, and store management to facilitate smooth daily operations and inventory audits.
• Act as a CELINE ambassador: embodying the Maison’s values and excellence.
