Grand Hotel Kronenhof in Pontresina is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to drive the impeccable appearance of the hotel. You report to the Rooms Division Manager and lead an international team of approximately 24 employees, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and living quality across guest rooms and public areas.

You will coach and develop the team, manage staff scheduling, conduct training, performance reviews, and participate in recruitment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or a professional qualification in Housekeeping Management.
• Experience in luxury hotel housekeeping and staff leadership is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Ensure impeccable cleanliness and living quality in guest rooms and public areas.
• Lead an international team of ~24 employees and coach/mentor staff.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, performance reviews, and recruitment involvement.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing of linen and uniforms, and coordinate laundry with sister property Kulm.
• Coordinate with Executive Management, Engineering, Floristry and Front Office for smooth operations.
