Your Responsibilities and Contribution to Our Client's Success:
Administration, documentation, improvement, and maintenance of IT infrastructure
Monitoring and optimizing the performance and reliability of data centers and cloud-based systems
Implementation and maintenance of automations to manage and optimize IT infrastructure (Ansible)
Analyzing and improving the security of IT systems (SIEM/SOC) to maintain and ensure safety standards and best practices
Close cooperation with development and operations teams to ensure high availability and performance of applications, ensuring that solution requirements are met
Evaluation and assessment of new technologies as well as their further implementation in the environment
Your Background:
Several years of work experience or completed technical training (e.g., technical college, university)
Experience working with (Redhat/CentOS) Linux, TCP/IP networks, and high availability concepts
Knowledge of scripting and IT automation/infrastructure as code as well as Docker experience with proxy (HAProxy, Squid, and Dante)
Experience with Oracle, MongoDB, Orchestration/Kubernetes, Nagios, Rest, SOAP WS, ActiveMQ; Jira/Confluence is an advantage
Good knowledge of English, German is a plus
