HEIDELBERG Manufacturing Deutschland GmbH sucht am Standort Amstetten eine erfahrene Leitung Einkauf (m/w/d). Sie führen das Einkaufsteam und entwickeln Strategien, um Kosten zu optimieren und Lieferantenbeziehungen auszubauen.

Sie tragen Verantwortung für die Beschaffung von Rohstoffen, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen, Investitionsgütern sowie Dienstleistungen, verhandeln Verträge und sorgen für eine termingerechte Versorgung. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im relevanten Bereich (Wirtschaft/Technik)
• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf
• Erfahrung im Einkauf technischer Komponenten und Rohstoffe
• Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsstärke
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht sowie im Lieferantenmanagement
• Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAP) und MS-Office
• Sicheres Auftreten, analytische und unternehmerische Denkweise
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Hohe Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamorientierung

Responsibilities

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Einkaufsteams (7 Mitarbeitende).
• Verantwortung für Zielerreichung, Kennzahlen und Reporting an Geschäftsleitung
• Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualität, Logistik, Controlling und globaler Beschaffungsorganisation
• Beschaffung von Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen, Werkzeugen, Betriebstmitteln, Investitionsgütern und Dienstleistungen
• Sicherstellung wirtschaftlicher, qualitätsgerechter und termingerechter Materialversorgung
• Durchführung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit Lieferanten
• Weiterentwicklung nachhaltiger Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsstrategien
• Analyse internationaler Beschaffungsmärkte und Aufbau strategischer Lieferantenpartnerschaften
• Entwicklung von Kostenoptimierungsmaßnahmen und Einsparpotenzialen
• Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und digitalen Beschaffungslösungen
• Lieferantenmanagement nach IATF 16949 inkl. Lieferantenentwicklung und Risikomanagement

Für unseren Standort in Amstetten suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten und erfahrenen Leiter Einkauf (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Einkaufsteams (7 Mitarbeitende).
• Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Ziele und Einhaltung der Einkaufskennzahlen sowie regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Produktion, Qualität, Logistik und Controlling sowie der globalen Beschaffungsorganisation
• Verantwortung für die Beschaffung von Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen, Werkzeugen und Betriebsmitteln, Investitionsgütern sowie Dienstleistungen.
• Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen, qualitätsgerechten und termingerechten Materialversorgung.
• Durchführung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten.
• Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung einer nachhaltigen Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsstrategie für den Standort sowie die darin eingebetteten Warengruppenstrategien
• Analyse internationaler Beschaffungsmärkte und Aufbau strategischer Lieferantenpartnerschaften.
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kostenoptimierungsmaßnahmen sowie Realisierung von Einsparpotenzialen.
• Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und digitalen Beschaffungslösungen.
• Lieferantenmanagement nach IATF 16949 einschließlich Lieferantenentwicklung, Risikoanalyse und Eskalationsmanagement.

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im strategischen und operativen Einkauf, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen.
• Erfahrung im Einkauf von technischen Komponenten sowie Roh-, Hilfs und Betriebsstoffen in der Gießerei wünschenswert
• Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsstärke.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht sowie im nationalen und internationalen Lieferantenmanagement.
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAP) und gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
• Sicheres Auftreten sowie analytische und unternehmerische Denkweise.
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Hohe Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamorientierung.
