Sie qualifiziert Leads, erstellt Fachtexte wie White Papers, Case Studies und technische Artikel, plant Social Media, organisiert Messen weltweit und betreut Budgets.

Qualifications

• Internationale B2B-Marketing-Erfahrung im Pharma-/Biopharma-Sektor.
• Gute Kenntnisse in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, SEO und Analytics-Tools.
• Fließendes Englisch, Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich für Zusammenarbeit.
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und zuverlässige Einhaltung von Terminen.
• Erfahrung mit WordPress und CRM-Systemen von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Planung, Optimierung und Analyse von Performance-Kampagnen (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) sowie SEO-Optimierung der WordPress-Webseite.
• Strukturierte Qualifizierung und Weitergabe von Marketing-Leads an den Vertrieb.
• Erstellung von White Papers, Fachartikeln, Case Studies und webbasierter Inhalte für Entscheider im Pharma-/Biopharma-Sektor.
• Ganzheitliche Organisation internationaler Messen (z. B. CPHI, Interphex) inkl. Logistik und Booth-Konzept.
• Strategische Entwicklung und redaktionelle Planung der Social-Media-Aktivitäten.
• Überwachung von Budgets für Kampagnen und Events.

• Planning, optimizing, and analyzing performance campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads), along with ongoing SEO optimization of our new WordPress website.


• Structured qualification and handover of marketing leads to our sales teams.


• Creating white papers, technical articles, case studies, and web content tailored to decision-makers in the pharma and biopharma sectors.


• End-to-end organization of major international trade fairs (e.g. CPHI, Interphex), including compliance with all booth-construction and logistics requirements.


• Strategic development and editorial planning of our social media activities.


• Monitoring campaign and event budgets.

Ihr Profil

• Experienced in international B2B marketing, combined with a solid technical understanding of the pharma, biopharma, life sciences sector.


• Sound knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.


• Fluent, business-level English (written and spoken) is essential — it is our primary working language.


• Very good German (written and spoken) is also required for day-to-day collaboration.


• A structured way of working and strong execution skills when meeting complex deadlines.


• Hands-on experience with WordPress and CRM systems is an advantage.


• Basic graphic design skills for independently creating social media posts and smaller marketing materials are desirable.

• Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the metal industry. As we set high standards for top performance, we are expressly willing to pay significantly above this baseline — your actual salary will be agreed individually, based on your qualifications and professional experience.
