Playroll is seeking a junior Legal Operations Associate to join the legal team. The role is based in Switzerland and provides practical legal operations support across EU entities, including employment law questions, compliance tasks, and client/internal support across multiple countries.

You’ll be hands-on, able to work across jurisdictions, and become the named Responsible Person for Playroll Switzerland AG under Swiss labour‑leasing law.

• Support day-to-day employment law and compliance queries from clients and internal teams across multiple EU jurisdictions.
• Support drafting and review of employment contracts, offer letters, and mutual separation agreements across EU countries.
• Provide first-line support on routine employment matters, escalating anything complex or high‑risk.
• Research employment legislation across EU jurisdictions and translate requirements into practical guidance.
• Prepare standard disciplinary‑related documentation under supervision, where applicable under local law.
• Liaise with employees and clients on legal and compliance queries, handling sensitive information professionally.
• Coordinate ad hoc legal matters with external counsel where specialist input is needed.
• Act as the named Responsible Person for Playroll Switzerland AG under Swiss labour‑leasing law.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss labour‑leasing legislation, Swiss employment law, and staffing industry GAV requirements.
• Maintain documentation required for SECO and cantonal audits and inspections.
• Serve as the primary Swiss contact for SECO and cantonal authorities.

You’ll provide practical legal operations support across our EU entities, helping with day-to-day employment law queries, compliance tickets, and support for clients and internal teams across multiple countries. This is a junior, hands-on role. You don’t need to be a qualified attorney, but you’ll need some grounding in employment law and a strong appetite to learn across different jurisdictions. Alongside the broader EU remit, you’ll also serve as Playroll Switzerland AG’s named Responsible Person under Swiss labour‑leasing law, a fixed legal requirement tied to our Swiss entity.
