Zusammenfassung

Apply is seeking an HR & Payroll specialist to support Switzerland operations, manage payroll coordination, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role is fully remote in Switzerland, with either full-time or 50% part-time options.

Reporting to the Head of Legal and COO, you will liaise with payroll providers and authorities (SECO) and help scale HR processes across a fast-growing European footprint.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in labour leasing, staffing operations, HR, recruitment, or a related field with strong operational involvement.
• Knowledge of Swiss labour leasing regulations and employment law is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage HR operations independently with high accuracy and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Support Swiss HR administration, payroll coordination, and compliance for the Swiss entity.
• Act as the Responsible Person for the Swiss entity and liaise with SECO and cantonal authorities.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with external Swiss payroll providers and ensure regulatory audits readiness.
• Maintain compliant HR documentation, onboarding, contracts, and personnel records.
