PRD Burleigh/ Tallebudgera is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused person to join our Property Management Team as a Leasing Consultant. We are a team that supports your personal growth, teaches the industry, and helps you start your real estate career.

PRD Burleigh/Tallebudgera is a leading Real Estate agency on the Southern Gold Coast, with a focus on training and opportunities to grow, supported by an experienced team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Support Property Managers in leasing-related functions and property maintenance in accordance with property investor instructions
• Respond to general enquiries from potential tenants
• Accurately complete all necessary documentation
• Assist with property viewings
• Conduct routine inspections
• Act as a liaison between tenants and property investors
• Ensure properties are maintained and presented in accordance with investor instructions

Qualifications & Qualities

• Positive attitude
• Ability to think on your feet
• Strong work ethic balancing accuracy, efficiency, initiative, and enthusiasm
• Willingness to learn from other team members
• Must hold a QLD Driver's License
• Certificate of Registration
