What you'll do

As a Learning Content Creator in Regnology, you will be responsible for the independent development and delivery of training solutions

This position interacts with internal staff and external vendor partners to effectively balance multiple content development workstreams

Your key accountabilities are:

You will be trained on the group's software by the members of your team and will be required to:

• Deliver internal training.
• Design and enhance instructional materials and courses that align with Product learning principles.
• Create content using CAMTASIA and REVOICER
• Revise and improve instructional materials based on stakeholder feedback, data insights, and instructional effectiveness reviews to maintain relevance and alignment with organizational needs.
• Administer LMS functions, including user management, course assignments, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with LMS vendors to identify, document, and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless learner experiences.
