Qualifikationen

Learning and Development Specialist (w/m/d)

About the Role

As a Learning and Development Specialist (w/m/d), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training and competency development initiatives specifically for our employees in the Medium Voltage Transformer (MPT) production.

Your work will significantly contribute to unlocking the full potential of our employees and supporting their qualification and retraining in line with the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop training materials and methods for effective training, especially for manufacturing employees.
  • Identify training and competency development needs and develop the competency matrix framework and roadmap.
  • Conduct competency management discussions within our organization and collaborate with a small virtual team within the business units to support the implementation of competency management measures.
  • Assist content creators in designing and integrating learning content.
  • Develop pedagogical concepts for training, considering various learning methods, and create training materials using authoring tools.
  • Provide pedagogical support and coaching for semi-professional trainers.
  • Evaluate training programs and derive improvement measures.
Qualifications
  • Degree from university, university of applied sciences, or comparable in adult education, pedagogy, competency management, instructional design, engineering, industrial engineering, HR, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in training and adult education, preferably in a corporate environment focused on energy products, and familiarity with the latest developments in adult education and e-learning methods.
  • Native or fluent German skills (C1+ level) are essential.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, ideally in engineering or manufacturing contexts.
  • Experience with instructional design tools like Articulate 360.
  • Coaching skills and the ability to provide individual support and development for employees.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet different requirements and needs.
  • Strong moderation skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
  • Interest in technology and good technical understanding.

We offer a competitive salary and additional benefits based on your performance, experience, and qualifications. Due to Austrian legal requirements, we must specify the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is an openness to higher compensation based on your individual expectations, expertise, and skills. The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement for electrical and electronics industry employees is € ,34 gross per year for a full-time position (38.5 hours/week).
