Skill Check

1. Sound experience in process management, ideally in an international corporate environment
2. Competence in the definition and implementation of KPIs for process control
3. Analytical and strategic mindset to identify optimization potential and structure complex processes efficiently
4. Leadership experience, change management expertise and skills in stakeholder management
5. Strong communication and moderation skills in German and English

Challenge Check

1. Further development and implementation of the company-wide process management strategy for continuous process improvement
2. Identification of process deviations and implementation of best practices
3. Harmonization and standardization of processes across different locations
4. Promoting a process-oriented corporate culture and supporting change processes within the organization
5. Management and further development of a team of Business Process Managers and close cooperation with specialist departments
