Qualifikationen

• 4-5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, technical transfer management, or related functions.
• Deep biotechnology process know-how with proven transfer experience.
• MSc or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Strong project management to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Serve as on-site SPOC for technical transfer projects, coordinating activities across functions.
• Lead cross-functional teams, drive alignment, set priorities, ensure GMP/HSE compliance.
• Develop site strategies, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Manage resources, budgets, timelines, and overall project strategy.
• Lead feasibility assessments and define scope of transfer batches.
• Coordinate local change controls to ensure timely approvals.
• Ensure documentation quality and adherence to Manufacturing Process Transfer Protocols.
