INNIO is seeking a Lead Development Engineer to steer service product development across Jenbacher platforms, focusing on CM&U projects, remanufacturing and workshop support. You will drive from kick-off through validation and release, coordinating with Technology, Sourcing and regional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor or Master in engineering, 5+ years in technical service, and fluent German and English. Travel willingness and strong leadership are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or technical service.
• Proven ability to deliver results on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and credibility with teams and management.
• Fluency in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Lead and drive Service Product Development projects from kick-off to validation and serial release.
• Focus areas include CM&U projects, overhaul products, or workshop support for Jenbacher platforms.
• Proactively manage project timelines, milestones, and reporting to management.
• Collaborate with Technology, Sourcing, Validation Team, and Service Regions.
• Organize and document testing activities on development engines, rigs, or in the field.
• Communicate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure efficient execution.
• Support project definition and execution using project management methods.
• Work self-dependently on multiple projects and seek continuous improvement ideas.
