Qualificações

• PhD or equivalent in cancer biology, immunology, cell biology, molecular biology, or related life science; 3+ years postdoctoral experience.
• Strong publication track record in oncology/immunology.
• Ability to initiate, lead and advance complex scientific projects.
• Proven collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams and matrix environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead innovative Cancer Cell Targeting research projects, guiding strategy, experiments and execution.
• Provide scientific leadership to cross-disciplinary teams and drive milestones and decisions.
• Design and oversee experimental strategies to investigate mechanisms of action and validate therapeutic approaches.
