ams OSRAM is seeking a Process Integration Representative to oversee Optical Filter processes on wafer level. You will supervise manufacturing, maintain process deliverables, and drive cross-functional discussions with engineering, QA, and R&D teams.

The role requires advanced degrees and strong analytical skills, with English fluency and German as a plus. You will lead cost-reduction efforts, transfer new technologies to production, and support customer audits.

Competenze

Master’s degree or PhD in physics, chemistry, materials science or related field.
Initial professional experience preferred; experience in customer communication and 8D problem-solving is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

Process integration representative for Optical Filter process on wafer level.
Supervise & monitor manufacturing of the process technology in close teamwork with process engineering, process R&D, QA, etc.
Maintain process deliveries (e.g. FMEA, PCP) & lead cross-functional discussions.
Optimize processes and solve process problems with different departments (Test, Product Engineering, Design, QA, etc.).
Evaluate and implement possible process improvements to lower costs and increase robustness.
Transfer new technologies/process modules from R&D into production.
Take PI responsibility at customer audits and for reporting data to key customers.
Stabilize technologies by supervising lead products and improve yield.
