SQUER is seeking a Lead Fullstack Engineer to drive development across frontend and backend stacks and guide client-driven digital transformation.

You will participate in the full development lifecycle, make technology decisions, and mentor teammates in a collaborative, innovation-led environment. A strong emphasis is on delivering high-quality software and sharing knowledge within agile teams.

Qualifikationen

• Profound knowledge of frontend and backend development.
• Experience with established frontend frameworks and backend frameworks (.NET Core or Java).
• Proficiency in Java environments; JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.
• Understanding of cloud-native development and containerization.

Aufgaben

• Actively participate in the entire development process and shape technology decisions.
• Take over responsibility for new and further development of software solutions with clients.
• Work in agile teams on diverse customer projects and share knowledge as a sparring partner and coach.
• Support software teams and promote a collaborative culture within SQUER.
