The candidate will drive study plans, cross-functional collaboration, and risk management in a dynamic, sponsor-driven environment, with strong English and advanced life sciences training.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in life sciences, natural sciences, or medicine required.
• Experience leading clinical projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and EU/US regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead operational delivery of early-phase studies from planning to close-out.
• Develop study plans, timelines, budgets, deliverables and risks.
• Coordinate site feasibility, activation, enrollment and study conduct.
• Oversee CROs, sites, and vendors; ensure sponsor oversight and quality.
• Maintain governance with trackers, status reports, and meetings.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, accruals and change control.
