Qualifications

• Completed studies in automation technology or electrical engineering.
• Several years of experience in industrial automation, ideally with management experience.
• Sound knowledge of PLC programming, especially Siemens TIA Portal.
• Experience in integrating industrial sensor technology for process optimization.
• Good knowledge of electrical planning with tools like EPLAN is advantageous.
• Familiarity with industrial networks, visualization systems, and drive technology.
• High communication skills, leadership, and team orientation.
• Structured and independent working style.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of automation engineers and PLC programmers.
• Plan and implement automation projects with continuous optimization.
• Coordinate resources to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Integrate and develop modern sensor solutions for quality assurance.

• Support commissioning and troubleshoot technical faults.
