ILF Group Holding GmbH is seeking a Lead Architect - Applications & Integration to define and govern enterprise architecture across ILF's group-wide applications and integration platforms. The role supports alignment between IT, Digitalization, architecture governance and business stakeholders.

You will shape the future landscape by translating enterprise directions into practical standards, drive API, IAM, security and data flows, and lead architectural reviews ensuring scalable, secure

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in enterprise, lead, solution, or technology architecture roles.
• Strong background in application & integration architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms, data flows, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Practical IAM understanding (SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, identity lifecycle).
• Security and identity knowledge certifications desirable (e.g., CISSP).

Aufgaben

• Define architecture standards and design principles across the group.
• Ensure coherent application and integration architecture.
• Govern architecture including target landscape, modernization patterns and reuse of platforms.
• Define integration architecture standards (APIs, event and data integration, middleware).
• Lead architectural reviews of major initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Support architecture governance forums with recommendations and risk assessments.
